In this project, I had the opportunity to collaborate on a three-day workshop aimed at establishing a brand strategy and defining a new kind of coaching service for a forward-thinking business in the coaching industry.

The workshop incorporated a range of strategic tools, including SWOT analysis, personas, and customer journeys, to uncover insights that would shape the future of the coaching business.

Outcome: The culmination of this project was a visual and intuitively navigable report that presented the coaching business with a roadmap for future success. The design conveyed the strategic insights effectively.
